"The journey was excellent, the only reason my driver was not on time was because of a crash on the motorway and he couldn't physically get to me in time. However, the radio desk was in constant contact with me and also tried to find someone who could get me to the car as I was worried about missing my flight. When the driver arrived he was so apologetic, he was very kind. The radio controller also. Nobody's fault that the car was delayed.
