"I booked this on behalf of a work colleague who had a long trip back home after a work's event. The whole process was easy. Although the driver and car details differed to those of the 'driver assigned' email, I received a confirmation text message from them with their name and car details well in advance of the pick up time. They were on time and my colleague advises that the journey was really good and the driver lovely :)
